I have a spare room with double bed, although its not en-suite you will have the use of your own bathroom, so you wouldn't need to share with anyone.

I am seeking a professional who is friendly, CLEAN, TIDY, considerate and reliable.
I am VERY KEEN TO RENT BEFORE 15th July 2019 minimum stay 3MONTHS.

I am always busy so I am seeking someone who does their OWN THING, not to say am not friendly but most of the time might not even see each other. This is not a party house!

The house is in a very desirable location (central with good access), bus stops outside 343/136 10 minutes from Peckham Rye/Elephant and Castle train station, Tesco supermarket is just downstairs.

It is in walking distance of many local shops, cafes, bars, pubs and restaurants as well as a gym and library.

I have no preference in the language(s) you speak, provided we understand each other with the basics, I am fluent in Spanish.

The rent is £700 Including bills full time.
short lets welcome minimum 3months and Mon-Fri price can be negotiated.

Ideally located for King's College Hospital and Camberwell College of Arts.
