Single Room (short let possible) / No DEPOSIT

Hello,

I'm looking for a flatmate for the single room available immediately in SE16 near Canada Water station / Rotherhithe station.

ROOM
The room has a single bed, a wardrobe and a small shelf, window facing Court so it’s very quiet.
I have an ikea drawer for extra storage in the hallway next to the room.
It’s £150 a week incl bills (aka £600 a month)
No deposit required, really just trying to help people find an affordable home!
The room is ideal for short term let (up to 6 months).

FLAT/AREA
The flat is on the 3rd floor, with a lift. We have a kitchen with washing machine but no dishwasher. There’s a microwave, a proper oven and fridge/freezer. I also have a nutribullet that you can make icecream with...or smoothies, depending on your preferences.
The bathroom has a bathtub with shower head and hot water is always available.
There’s a big living room with a sofa bed for guests staying over (post covid) ...and Netflix afternoons. There’s also enough space for you to dry your clothes (or you go across the road to the dry cleaner).
I have plenty of plants so please help keep them alive!

The flat is in king&queen wharf.
The building is right at the river with beautiful views of the city skyline.
We’ve got Fiber! So super fast internet is available as well.
24/7 concierge is here too, which comes in handy if you work from home like I did.
Underground parking for your car or bicycle.
And here’s the highlight - there’s a wellness centre with pool, jacuzzi and sauna (happy to provide you with a bathrobe for a fancy evening to relax in the hot tub) - that currently is closed due to COVID, but hopefully accessibale again soon.
There’s a handful of pubs and restaurants in the area.
Also a farm down the road with animals and fresh produce!
Surrey quays shopping centre with Tesco, Sainsbury at Canada Water/Bermondsey, a small shop across the road for the “shit I forgot to buy...” moments. Westfield in Stratford is also just a quick journey by tube away.

TRANSPORT
Jubilee line at Canada Water (15 min walk from flat and then less than 5 to London Bridge)
Overground at Rotherhithe Station (15 min walk from flat and then about 5-10 min to shoreditch)
Buses C10 to Victoria and 381 to Waterloo
There’s a ferry from down the road too for anyone preferring the water way to Canary Wharf

ME
I’m a 32y old, originally from Germany, managing a sales team at a tech company in the city - but I just quit my job to volunteer and help people that are self isolating. This makes the makeshift office space in the living room available to you.
Love cooking and travelling and socialising with my wonderful next door neighbours.

AVAILABILITY
The room is available immediately, but I’m in no rush - if anyone is looking for a place in a few weeks time; I’m happy with that too: You also don’t have to commit to a specific rental period, you can move out whenever you want and I'll refund any overpaid rent so you'll have full flexibility.
