My current flatmate is moving out on October 6th as our contract runs out and I am looking for a new flatmate.
Total cost is £1000 rent including bills. The flat is a good sized 2 double bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms, has an open pan kitchen and lounge with a cool view of the city!
The flat is around a 10 minute walk to south Bermondsey which has around a 5 minute train to London bridge and a 20 minute walk to Bermondsey Tube. station on the Jubilee line.
I am a 28 year old professional who works in the city and am looking for a like minded flatmate, who is easy to hang out during the week and the weekend.
I do have a cat, so please only apply if you are ok with that.
