There are two rooms up for grabs. Both are nice, bright double rooms (large wardrobe, desk). The house (on two floors) is all fairly modern, one bathroom, an extra toilet, kitchen and living area. There is also a garden.
In front of the house : a great park. The big stores signs are less than 10 minutes walk away.
The Housemates : We are all pretty social people often out and about. An awesome area, but nice and quiet.
Looking to get nice, chill and clean persons into the house to replace us because we move outside London.
The Details : 888 per month, bills includes. A cleaner for the communal areas comes twice a month. Deposit is one month rent.
