Hello, I’m Phoebe. I’m 31 and a recently qualified Costs Lawyer, who works mainly from home with a day or two in the office per week.

I am social, so am often out seeing friends, but also enjoy a quiet night in cooking and watching TV. I’m active and enjoy running and long walks.

The Apartment:
Big, bright and beautiful! It's modern offering space and light, as well as peace and quiet. It’s great for home working, being able to chill, enjoying the river from the patio balcony or throwing the occasional dinner party with Canary Wharf in the background.

The bedrooms have double beds, triple wardrobes, chest of drawers and a bookcase. There's also room for a desk and/or chair.

The landlord deals with everything directly, so there are no agents involved.

Services
The apartment is in a secure, gated block with 24 hour Concierge, cctv, leisure centre (pool, jacuzzi and sauna) and a gigabit internet connection.

There's secure parking for a car or bike. Transport connections are via the Jubilee and East London lines, as well as Thames Clipper or C20 bus right outside, where you'll also find an Indian restaurant, Chinese restaurant, a dry cleaner and a convenience store.

Bills
Water and service charge (including the leisure centre) is covered in the rent but you should allow £140-155 per person per month for council tax, electricity and fibre. There's no gas and the electricity is on a day/night tariff, which provides cheap floor storage heating overnight.
