Monday-Friday let, ideally, but would also consider fewer days. Double room with ensuite available in a fantastic Grade 2 listed building, just opposite the rose garden in Spa Park. Concierge 5 days a week and some good service options, including dry cleaning pick-up. Sharing with one other professional; non-smoking, no pets. Bills included, and broadband service. The room is a double, with high ceilings, integrated wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom with a big shower. Double height living space with mezzanine tv lounge and open plan kitchen/dining room.

Perfectly walkable to the city, 2 stops to Canary Wharf. Opposite the park, Sainsbury's Local next door (open until 11pm), Pure Gym round the corner (open 24hrs), great Italian restaurant on the end of the street and 2 decent local pubs. Bermondsey is the closest tube, London Bridge walkable. Great jogging route on the Thames path- this is a lovely place to live!

Will consider shorter term lets like Mon-Wed as well as Mon-Fri; single occupancy only though please. Previous long-term tenant has now moved out so I’m happy to have a conversation if you think the room is for you! Drop me a line.
