My current flatmate is moving abroad so i am looking for someone to replace her from mid September / Early October

Lovely flat located SE17, 3min walk from high street and bus stops, 12min walk to either Kennington or Elephant&Castle (or 3min bus to E&C) where you can catch both Bakerloo and Northern Lines or a 10min bus to Waterloo or Southwark where you can get the Jubilee.
You can also join both Westminster and London bridge in around 15min by bus.
The flat is modern and was fully refurbished 2 years ago.
2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 living room and 1 kitchen.
There is also a communal garden, perfect to chill outside or have a drink!

The room available is a double room with private en-suite and is £811 + £130 bills per month (including TV, Internet, Gaz, Electricity, Water, Council tax and home insurance)

The room could come furnished or unfurnished. and there is space to add a desk or extra storage.

Deposit is only £500 and there is no agency fees to pay

Please note the agency only accept professionals with permanent employment and a minimum annual basic salary of 27K to pass the reference check.

About the life in the flat :

I am looking for someone friendly, trustworthy, quiet and super clean who will be happy to share dinner/movie night or drinks but also someone who has their own life outside the flat and like their own privacy.

About myself, i am french, 29 and i have been living in London for the past 8 years in which more than 2 years in this flat that i love.
I work as a sales manager for a luxury piercing studio in Central London. I enjoy chill evenings watching Netflix, read a book, or meet up with friends for dinner/drinks. And in more general travelling, long walks around London, the gym, cinema and spending time with friends.
