I hope you are well and safe.

We have 1 double room (good size) to rent in our flat. I am leaving the flat to live outside London, but you would be sharing with two clean and respectful professionals (males).

The house is in a new complex of buildings in Elephant and Castle (3 minutes walking to the tube station). We have our own private balcony that has access to a communal garden. The complex has concierge 24 hours and gym - all included! :)

The flat has 2 floors:

- Downstairs: Living room, storage space, 1 WC, kitchen and private balcony
- Upstairs: 3 bedroom (1 en-suite), 1 bathroom (you will be sharing just with 1 flatmate, the other flatmate has his own private WC) and again another storage room. There is plenty of space in the house! I think it's rare to find places like this in London, where you have so many space.

The room comes with
- 1 double bed
- 1 Wardrobe
- 1 drawer
- 2 nighstands
- 1 mirror

KITCHEN:
New with all equipment: big fridge with a freezer. Loads of cupboards with spare cutlery, cups, glasses electrical hob & oven. Dishwasher. Basically have all the kitchen equipment you could ever need.

Other Appliances:
Washing Machine/Dryer

Close to the house there are everything you need:
Sainsbury's, Marks & Spencer, Morrison's, Subway, Mc Donalds, 2 parks (Kennington and Burgess Parks). There is the tube that is less than 5 mins walking (Bakerloo and Northern Lines). Also, there are good buses to the City, London Bridge, Oxford Circus, Sheperd's Bush, Clapham Junction and many more! You could also use the Santander Bikes - it's 20mins from St James' Park cycling! The location is amazing and since it's a new area, all new buildings with a lot of new restaurants.

It's 4 mins walking to the station and 15 mins by tube to BANK or PICCADILLY CIRCUS.

The rent is 950 + bills (that are usually around 90/100 max). The value is very good because the flat is new and modern and you have access to concierge (that can pick your internet shopping like Amazon) and Gym. The building has also a business room so you can book and work from there.

I think it's a good value for the money and really enjoyed the flat! It's a good place to live, mainly considering that soon we should return to work and the commute to the City, Waterloo and any other central place, is very easy from here! :)
