Hello,

the 3 bedroom flat is situated on a quiet residential street just on the border between Zone 1 and 2.

The room to rent is on the first floor, furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Rent is £879 (incl most bills). Water bill is the only thing that is separate. It comes bi-annually and is usually around £50 each.
Bathroom and kitchen are shared, and we have a patio out the front with garden furniture. There's also a small toilet separate from the main bathroom.

We have every bus you could want outside our door and are in easy walking distance to Bermondsey Street, Elephant & Castle, Borough and London Bridge. With that come connections to several tube lines (Bakerloo, Northern and Jubilee).
There is indoor space for bicycle storage, if you have one!
If you're more of a walker, Waterloo, StPauls, Blackfriars and London Bridge are all within 30 mins distance.

Plenty of day to day shopping ops: LIDL 2 mins walk, Tesco and Sainsbury express approx 5 min walk, and a larger Tesco and ASDA a little further down the road.

I am a current tenant, 29 y/o female, work in AdTech, easy going, and very much into sports. I'm away quite a lot at weekends etc. The flat is quiet in case you are currently working from home.
