We've got lovely room in a house on a modern riverside estate know as King Henry's Wharf between Charlton and Woolwich.

It's about 13 x 9 (4.2m by 3m) and has a double bed, large mirrored wardrobe, set of draws, desk and chair. For London the area is peaceful.

The kitchen/diner has an electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, two large fridge freezers along with plenty of cupboard space. There is comfy seating for two/three, a dinner table with additional chairs and a large flat screen TV with subscriptions to Netflix/Prime/NowTv/Disney+ all included.

The house has a fibreoptic internet connection (i. e. cable) at 400Mbs and mesh WiFi systems to ensure fast internet throughout the house.

There are two bathrooms in the house, both with baths/showers/toilets/sinks. You'd be sharing the nearest bathroom with 2 others.

There's a weekly cleaner for the communal areas.

Outside there's a garden and some patio furniture.

There's bike racks in the garage for a bike and plenty of permit free on street parking as well as private off street parking.

The rent includes all bills like council tax/water/gas/electricity/TV licence/internet/TV apps and the weekly cleaner. We also provide items such as toilet rolls, washing up liquid, hand soaps and all the cleaning products if you need to use them

Commute wise, most people get one of the buses to North Greenwich tube station (home of the O2/Dome) for the Jubilee line and then it's 1 stop to Canary Wharf (you only need a zone 2 card for this) and then 19 minutes to Bond Street (passing through London Bridge, Waterloo, Westminster, Green Park etc). Nearest train station is 8 minutes walk away (Woolwich Dockyard - zone 3) to London Bridge, Charing Cross or now you can get the DLR from Woolwich into Bank. We are next to the TFL Quietway 14 route (Q14) (Thames Path) for those that want to ride to the O2 or beyond.

You are dealing with the owner and there are no admin fee's. £499 deposit which will go in the deposit protection scheme. You'll need to pass a reference check and provide payslips (or bank statements) showing earnings of 3 x rent
