Double Room, Plumstead, Mon-Thurs or Mon-Fri only

With a commuter in mind, I have a double room available for rent from Monday-Thursday (3 nights per week for £420). For the right person I would also consider a 4 night deal too. Mon-Fri morning (£550). House mate would need to vacate the room by 9am on a Thursday or Friday morning depending on the nightly deal agreed. Room is available from 6th of JANUARY 2020 .The house is a two bedroom terrace house with an amazing view in leafy and well-connected Plumstead.

The spare room available is large, light and there is space for some storage for weekly use but not for permanent storage beyond the basics. The bed is high quality and towels and sheets are provided. I employ a cleaner and your sheets will be changed and room cleaned. Kitchen, bathroom and sitting room are communal but I am not usually there from Monday-Thursday so you would have the place to yourself. Wifi and all bills are included.

I live at the house but am usually away from Monday-Thursday (working in Oxford as an academic) but occasionally there during the mid week when I am carrying out research in London.

Potential flatmate must be quiet, considerate and clean. This is for a single person-no double occupancy, sorry. This is only a working week rental for a professional-no weekends are available. There is lovely garden and the house has been refurbished to a high standard in the last year.

Crossrail/Elizabeth Line opens at Woolwich soon which means the journey times into Central London are even faster. 14 mins to Whitechapel, 18 mins to Tottenham Court Road and 25 mins to Paddington. Nearby supermarkets in Woolwich include M&S and Sainsbury's as well as nice bars and restaurants.
