We're looking for a nice & friendly housemate with immediate effect on Monday to Friday basis!

Our home is a Semi-Detached Cottage in a quiet & residential road minutes away from transport & amenities. It is located in the exclusive & sought-after Alexandra Cottages Conservation Area (alexandracottages. co. uk) in SE20.

It is a 3-bed house with one being a separate study room while featuring a landscaped garden with summer house.

Location & Transport
• The nearest station Penge East (17min to Victoria; 20min to Blackfriars/Farringdon) is 5min walk away, whereas Penge West (17min to Canada Water; 20min to London Bridge) is 10min by walk
• Sydenham & New Beckenham are also nearby giving access to Waterloo, Charing Cross, London Bridge & Canada Water
• Buses are also numerous serving the same areas and parking is available on the road
• If you prefer Uber after a late night out like us, a ride from Piccadilly Circus/Soho costs around £20 and from Vauxhall £13
• Excellent connections to Goldsmiths University which is 20-30min away
