The house has full gas central heating, washing machine, well-equipped kitchen, 2 toilets and one bathroom.

All bills are included in the price of £120/week (deposit: 2 weeks: £240).

The flat is situated near to Penge East, Penge West or Kent House Stations and takes 15 mins into central London. Bus stop is in front of the flat. Also near the Tram with links to Croydon and Wimbledon.
Shops are in 2 minutes walking distance (Iceland, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Poundland, Wilkinson, Peacock, Boots etc.).

There are 2 external CCTVs in the main entrance, video and control panel is placed in the kitchen.
There is a possibility to park with a motorbike (CCTV is pointing to that area). Also, a free car park is nearby.
