The room is currently furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobe, a mirror & two bedside tables.

The flat has a lovely bathroom with rainfall shower and an open plan kitchen/living room. The building has a security code to gain access to the apartment and gated allocated parking (one space allocated to the flat). More parking is available on the streets surrounding the flat and it’s free.

The flat is 10-15 minutes walk from 3 mainline stations (Anerley is the closest), it takes around 30 minutes to get to Central London or Shoreditch from any of those stations.
By car it takes around 5 minutes to get to Beckenham & Crystal Palace, 15 minutes to Croydon, 20 minutes to Bromley, 30 minutes to Brixton & Clapham, 45 minutes to Gatwick and just over an hours drive to Heathrow.

There's a Tesco Express across the road and large Aldi/Tesco/Sainsbury's stores close by.

Looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, considerate, clean and tidy. I am looking to rent it on a short term basis as I want to sell it. I anticipate it will take a minimum of 3 to 6 months to sell but could take longer, so looking for someone who are flexible. A minimum of one months notice will be given and more notice will be given if possible.

My current tenant is a 28 year old female and works in the healthcare sector.

Sorry Couples not accepted as I want no more than two people in the flat.
