I'm a 37-year old professional and have lived here since 2020. Come September, it will just be me and my pet gecko, so we're in need of a new flatmate!

It's a two-bedroom, second floor flat (one of five in a converted semi-detached house). Includes shared living room, kitchen, and bath/shower room, plus outside there is a secure bike shed and very large garden shared with four other flats in the building.

I work from home at least a couple of days a week and there's enough space for you to work here too if needed. I really enjoy having someone around for a chat or an occasional shared meal or film night, but overall am pretty independent and quite often away at weekends. I like to have a clean, quiet place to come back to that feels like a proper home, not just a place to stay, so if that appeals to you then get in touch.

I'm vegetarian, but don't mind what you cook for yourself.

I've listed as furnished, but there is some scope to bring furniture you may already have, as some of what's currently here belongs to the flatmate who is leaving.

Co-op, post office, gym and a few other shops less than 5 minutes away and a short walk from Birkbeck, Anerley and Kent House stations. South Norwood Country Park is also a short distance away and feels like a real escape from the city.

Pets are at the discretion of the landlord, so I can make no guarantees but happy to ask (although I don't think it's suitable for a dog). There is some off-street parking for the building, but it's currently fully booked. Referencing etc. will also be through the agent and there is a £50 fee for this. Council Tax Band B.
