Hi,

We are looking for someone to move in to the second large double bedroom in our beautiful home in East Dulwich. The room is £900 a month and bills come to roughly £100 a month.

Our current flat mate, who has lived here for 2 years, is moving to Utrecht so we are looking for someone new to move in from the end of June.

We have lived here for around 4 years now and it is such a great space. It's a beautiful house with big bay windows and period features. There are two double bedrooms, a spare room, a large living room, a separate kitchen/living space and 2 bathrooms. The property was newly refurbished when we moved in by the friendly landlord who lives downstairs. We also have a lovely house cat called Brandy is very sweet and loves to play and have cuddles. Unfortunately the flat is not wheelchair accessible and has 2 flights of stairs and stairs to get up to the front door.

The house is perfectly situated between Honor Oak Park (10 min walk) and Peckham Rye (5 min bus ride) and is well connected for local bus routes (63/363 just outside the door). There are loads of lovely walks around Peckham Rye and One Tree Hill, as well as a nice small high street with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. You can also walk over to Peckham or East Dulwich/Lordship Lane to enjoy the shops, restaurants and markets.

You would be living with Charlie, Chuck and our cat Brandy. Charlie works for a record label and Chuck is a freelance artist and filmmaker. Charlie works in East London one day a week and the rest of the time works from home. Chuck often works at home, but also goes out to workshops and shoots on a regular basis. On weekends we tend to spend time at home or head to the lovely local pub (which does a great monthly music quiz).

We are a laid back, friendly and creative pair who are looking for a like minded person who wants a nice space to relax in.
