I am moving out of my lovely home in February so that my partner and I can move into our own place so my rooms up for grabs! (Flexible on move in dates)

(£674 with monthly bills, additional £200 per year when quarterly and annual bills are calculated- gas electric and water)

The room:
Double bed, built in wardrobe and small chest of draws + working from home space (the secretary desk is mine, but if interested in keeping it we could chat)

Own bathroom (but shared shower with 1 other) in 4 bed, 4 bathroom house (3 showers) Now TV, dishwasher, washing machine and Professional cleaner.

10 mins from Brockwell Park, under 15 min walk to Brixton station.

The flatmates:
After finding our final flatmate in the summer we actually created a beautiful sanctuary and I'm very sad to be leaving it. You would be living with:

Sarah (she/her) 32 a science teacher avid knitter, cycles and works long hours so keeps to self mostly during the week, very chill.

Lizzie (she/her) 27 ballet teacher and MA student, running, knitting, deep chats, LGBTQ+ Activist and loves game shows and science fiction. Busy a lot during the day, down to chill alone or with the house in evenings and weekends.

Harpreet (she/her) 28 paralegal, superstar baker and chef, loves what could be described as trashy TV, and then deeply intense thrillers and dramas. Again working during the day, down to chill alone or with the house in evenings and weekends.

The house really is a home, couldn't have gotten through 2020 without them. Decorating our house, movie nights, games nights just take away and chats have been a dream. Celebrated Halloween, Diwali, my birthday and Christmas together.
