The flat is well situated, Loughborough junction station less than 5 mins, Brixton and Herne Hill train stations both about 15mins by walk.
Buses within 3-5 mins walk towards Camberwell, Brixton or Lewisham (35/45/345/P5/P4).
Plenty of night buses and good connection to the city centre.

The house got a well equipped kitchen with cooker, washing machine, 2 fridges, tumble dryer and plenty storage. A Shared bathroom with toilet and bath and a small shared living room.
The bedroom has own entrance for small garden and a separate toilet. Rent is including all bills and fast broadband.
I am 30 years old working in hospitality, I'm super easy going and open minded. Also sharing the house with my cat who is a 4 years old black moggy. He is usually inside but likes to hang around the garden when the weather is nice. The house is pet friendly so if u got a dog or cat or any other animal it's absolutely fine and more than welcomed as we already lived together with other cats and dogs!
