A spacious double bedroom is available in a modern, newly furbished house. The room is 3.85m x 3.0m (11.55m²) in size; by far larger than ‘normal’ double bedrooms.

The house is located 2 minutes walk from Norwood Junction train station. 12 minutes fast train to London Bridge (that goes on to Kings Cross).

Parking for a car is also available. The bus stop is a minute's walk. 5 minutes walk to many major supermarkets, gym and park.

The rent includes all the bills. The house has all the modern features. There's a lot of storage available in the house. Sky Q, Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime included.

Free car parking.

I have also arranged with a cleaning company to clean the kitchen, bathroom, stairs and living area. (No additional cost to you).

About the tenant. Ideally, a professional. The location for the house is perfect for someone working in Central London, Croydon, Victoria or Kings Cross.

The kitchen comes with all the things you need to bake/cook your favourite food such as microwave, fan oven, grill, electric stove, white and red wine glasses, BBQ utensils, all things that you’d expect in a “home”.

I’m a professional. I love reading, movies, gardening, traveling, staying fit and going out. Whilst my party days are long gone, I do like a friendly chat and think that home is a place to relax and recharge. I like my own space and I respect others’ privacy and space. I’m quite laid back :)
