I am putting up my Master double bedroom for rent from 1st week of February.
My flat is a ground floor flat with a shared garden. Flat consists of two double bedroom, living room, one bathroom and kitchen space.
My Flat is conveniently located from Norwood Junction Station (7-8 mins walk) and also Portland Road(for bus connectivity). You can also easily walk to East Croydon.
There is also paid parking space right outside the flat.
About the flat and future flatmate:
I am a live-out landlord who doesn't live at the property. So while the property has two bedrooms, I will not be at the property most of the time. I am hoping to let out one of the room to a future flatmate who will take good care of the flat and make it their new home.
I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and is looking to live in a comfortable space with tonnes of storage space.
