Hi!
We are Mike, Anna and Kit Kat
We are looking for a kind, friendly and reliable tenant who loves cats to occupy our spare room. A full time professional or mature student is required.
We prefer a Vegan (for compassionate reasons) tenant but are open to chatting! We don't want Meat or Eggs cooked in our home though

Location: very quiet residential street
6 mins walk from Selhurst Station
20mins walk from Norwood Junction Station
30mins walk from East Croydon
30mins to Victoria/London Bridge from Selhurst and 1hr to Brighton
20mins to London Bridge from Norwood Junction - this station also runs the overground to Shoreditch (30mins)

The Room is Cloudy Sky Blue, has a comfortable single/double bed (can be pulled out to make a double bed) with 3 built in deep drawers for storage
It also has a 5 Drawer Chest, Medium closet and large Mirror
The window looks out onto our large garden, which backs onto a Primary School
The neighbours are a lovely family with grown up children

The shared bathroom is large with a bath and shower and plenty of storage space
Other shared rooms are the kitchen, sun room, dining room and living room- you are welcome to use those as you please, as with the garden in warmer weather

The rent is £525pcm bills included, however we are implementing a 'fair usage' policy- this means that if gas and electricity bills are over 60% higher than what we usually pay as a couple in winter, we may ask you to cover part of this (we are trying to be mindful of leaving heating on all day, running the washing machine several times/week etc)
Bills Included means - Water, Electricity and Gas, 500M Fibre, Tv Licence and Council Tax
1 Month Deposit required
Minimum rental is 6 months

A bit about us
I (Anna) am 36, Indian, work as an Artist and have been Vegan for 10years
Mike is 37, English, works in E-commerce and has been Vegetarian for about 3 years
Kit Kat (5 and 3/4) is a sweet and affectionate cat. She is a carnivore. She loves to be petted but can get very demanding with wanting to be fed. We are strict with her though. She is from Battersea.
Our interests are Art (obvs), Yoga, Dance/Trance Music, Music in general, The Eagles, Gym, Cooking, being Eco conscious, pandering after the cat and Hiking.
We are both currently working from home.
