I am renting out a double room in my beautiful 2 bed flat, right next to Crystal Palace Park and a short walk to Sydenham.

The flat is open plan with a new kitchen / living area and a dining room (working from home room!). With windows either side the space has beautiful natural light morning and evening, and being next to the park the flat benefits from being really quiet. The double room is a good size and fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, bed side table, large wardrobe.

I am looking for an easy going, friendly and tidy housemate . I am an Architect, partly working from home. I have a cockapoo Bonnie, who is super cute, very friendly and chilled, she’s a joy but you would of course have to understand about sharing the house with a dog ☺️.

The flats have communal gardens and obviously the park is right next door. There's lots to do in the area with great pubs and restaurants and great transport to get to other parts of South East London and quickly into central (18 minute train to London Bridge, 21 minute train to Victoria and 22 to Canada Water).

The room rate (£865) includes all bills and a cleaner fortnightly.

20 minute walk through the park up to Crystal Palace triangle or 10 minutes on the bus
4 minute walk to Penge West Station (trains to London Bridge and London Overground services)
10 minute walk or 5 minute bus to Sydenham Station (trains to London Bridge and London Overground services)
10 minute walk to Penge East (trains to Brixton, Victoria, Blackfriars, Elephant & Castle etc)
Bus services directly outside the flat: 176, 196 and 202.
