Rent: £850pm ALL IN (£1100 for couples)
Availability: Available from 1st September for short let, probably 3 months. Subject to change.
Apartment Perks: Fully equipped apartment. What you see in the pictures (apart from clothes, bedding etc in bedroom) is what you'll get. Happy for you to bring anything that will make you feel more at home.
Location: We're in Lower Sydenham, super close to the locally famous 'Savacentre' and I'm pretty sure the worlds biggest Sainsburys. Easy distance from both Sydenham and Lower Sydenham station for quick links to London Bridge station.
Shared Spaces: Fully equipped kitchen, open plan living room, clean bathroom
Internet: Fast Wi-Fi included
