A peaceful and bright room to rent on a quiet, residential street. The house is a three bedroom, Victorian three storey house.

The room is on the ground floor at the front of the house but the street is peaceful and the windows are new and double glazed.

The bathroom has been completely renovated recently with a new large walk in shower.

The house is well maintained, homely and is always quite clean - anyone moving in would need to be into a general level of cleanliness :) There is a cleaner that comes twice monthly.

The other tenants are two professional, friendly females.

I definitely want the tenancy to work for everyone involved so am happy to trial an initial short term and go from there. The main thing is having a happy household :)

There is free on street parking.

The house has the usual mod cons and a peaceful garden. There is plenty of space, light and lots of character.

The house is on a quiet residential street. There are new artisan food places and cosy pubs within walking distance. The walk to Forest Hill station is easy taking 10-12 minutes but there are regular buses with a bus stop max. five minutes walk away. Sydenham station is also close.
