Double room + en suite - short term or part week

We have a very large double room available in a large Edwardian House, with period features, on either a Mon-Fri (or similar) or very short let basis at £60 per night. This room is on the top floor of our house, with its own bathroom so you have some privacy and personal space. The room is fitted with black-out blinds. We will provide wardrobe, drawer space and bed linen.

We have a cleaner fortnightly, and there's a dishwasher to make life easier. Well-equipped kitchen incl. 7-hob oven. Lounge and separate dining room. Wifi access and broadband provided.

2 bathrooms + an extra w. c. 55ft garden.

We are very close to two mainline stations - 5min walk to Tulse Hill + West Norwood. Bus stops 1min walk away with direct buses to Brixton underground (Victoria line, zone 2), Victoria, Kings College Hospital. There are two nightbuses (N2 and N68). Direct trains to London Bridge (20mins), Blackfriars (20mins), Farringdon, City Thameslink, Kings Cross, etc

We are happy to let to a couple. For this, we would charge 10% extra for the additional person.

We have two daughters (4 and 6 years old) who attend school and a gentle cat.

We're an easy-going married couple in our 40s. We both work in the NHS, which now includes some regular working from home.
