Homely modern split level apartment with open plan living space, with fully equipped kitchen, all mod cons and amazing HUGE balcony. Great for entertaining, relaxing and generally hanging out. Appreciate currently rainy photo of balcony but you can see how nice and spacious it is.

The apartment and room is fully furnished, lovely double room with its own bathroom (which you can see in the photos are right next door to the bedroom, again plenty of storage, large own space and no sharing yay!), large wardrobe, bed and chest of drawers. Plenty of storage in the room and in the property with a large under stair cupboard as well! (see pics, it fits a lot in as it does under right under the stairs).
All bills are equally split and you will be sharing with a professional who works in central London and of course a little at home at the moment. Plenty of room to be able do so, he has his office in his room and I’m upstairs as you can see in pics. Only living with one other, which make it much easier too - super cool and chilled guy to live with. Enjoys bike rides and gyming so you will often have the place to yourself.

Location couldn’t be better, local amenities literally on your doorstep, inc. gym, food shops, hairdressers, pubs and restaurants and a great spot for Deliveroo & Uber Eats deliveries too (yes that’s important!)Tulse Hill Station is seconds away which is so convenient, brilliant transport links and the lovely Brockwell park a 10min walk. Great for strolls and picnics in the park when the suns out. Dulwich and Herne Hill are super close as well as Brixton with direct transport links.

I love this place however my situation has changed so looking for someone to move in by the end of November or sooner! Please don’t hesitate to get in touch to arrange a viewing and discuss the details :)
