Cool garden flat in the heart of Tulse Hill,

Hi I am Tom! I m a super chilled guy and I am looking for a new housemate that I can call also a friend.
I have a pretty standard type of week normally as I work Monday to Friday and usually in different locations, so I drive around a lot which means you won't see me much during the working hours of the week. However I very much enjoy having a chat and a glass of wine together in the evening if you are up for it, but I do also like sometimes to stay in my room and watch a film or read a book to chill out. after a big day of work. On the weekend I like to get a bit loose and - lockdown permitting- seeing friends and have some fun. I also love climbing, making things with wood, cooking, going for a walk, and the outdoors in general. I am from the Lake District so that explains it! I am quite clean and tidy but not overly obsessed with it. I would like to find someone that is chilled and fun, so if you feel you might be 'my ideal flatmate' just drop me a message and maybe we can get to know each other with a chat over a beer. I also have a van so happy to help with the moving should you have lots of staff!

This is 2 good sized bedroom ground floor flat with open plan kitchen, living area, a basement for storage and a lovely garden with bar and sitting area which has been entirely handmade with wood. For those nice summer barbeque there is also a barbeque, a chimenea and a small gazebo.
The house comes with all appliances like washing machine, dishwasher, a big screen TV. The décor is quite colourful but happy to change things up if needed.
The flat is located 2 mins walk to Tulse hill station and 7 mins walk from West Norwood station, plus the bus stop is just outside the house, so all links to Victoria, London bridge, Blackfriars. There is plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs all close. Also the amazing Brockwell Park is only a 15 minute walk.
