Double in gorgeous garden flat, W Norwood/Brixton

Hello!

I have a double room available in my two bed flat, available from the end of July (but I am flexible on this).

The flat is split level with a beautiful decking area and garden (I am biased, with a new found obsession for gardening 😆). Wardrobe has since been replaced with a wooden one. Desk can be added if required.

It’s a 5 min walk from West Norwood station which has direct trains to Clapham Junction, London Bridge and Victoria. Crystal Palace, Herne Hill, Dulwich and Brixton are all within walking distance or a bus ride away.

A bit about me - I’m a regular at hot yoga, reformer and the gym, I love the music scene (pic is from Glasto this year), love eating out, travelling, exploring and love a night in and out in equal measures!
I’m in the office 4 days pw in Shoreditch so the flat is much more a homely sanctuary rather than a house party vibe! But the garden makes for great entertaining! I know live in landlords can have a bad rep (I’ve heard the horror stories) but I do think I am normal 😆 I want the flat to feel like your home (not just limited to a room etc) and ask that you treat it as such.

All bills are included (plus a fortnightly cleaner).
