Furnished double room available in an end of terrace house. The room has a king size ottoman bed with storage underneath as well as 2 built in wardrobes.
You'll be sharing with a friendly gay healthcare professional. Am interested in doing exercise and socialising.
Am also generally clean and tidy, easy going and happy to socialise but will also respect your privacy, so looking for someone similar. We'll be sharing the open kitchen lounge and bathroom.
You can also use the conservatory and garden - great space for hosting when having friends over. You're also free to use the designated parking spot if you have a car.
Woolwich Arsenal (DLR to Bank/Stratford) has Tesco Extra and a High Street with weekend markets is a 12 minute walk, and Plumstead station is a 7 minute walk. Alternatively a bus stop is just around the corner and bus 244 or 380 takes you to either station.
Direct trains are also available at either station; from Plumstead to London Bridge (26 mins), Charing Cross (39 mins), Cannon Street (34 mins), Blackfriars (33 mins), City Thameslink (35 mins), Farrington (37 mins), St Pancras International (42 mins).
Deposit will be placed with Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
All bills included (broadband, council tax, electricity, gas and water) except for TV licence.
