Woolwich Arsenal DLR and Mainline - 15 min walk, only 2 stops from London City Airport and fast trains into London Bridge and Waterloo.

There is a bus stop right outside the house that can get you to the town centre in just over 5 minutes.

Also if you fancy some exercise Woolwich Town centre is only 15 minutes walk along the river so you have all the convenience of the amenities and shopping there, but the area is still very peaceful with parking directly outside available for those with a car.

The room is priced at £825 which offers massive value relative to everything else in the area with what you get in the package. Remember this is everything - lots of other adverts on here advise that bills are included, but they forget to mention council tax, tv license etc which they don't include. You will not find better rooms with better facilities and to a higher finish in the Woolwich area!

So who are we looking for? Someone who is down to earth and easy going, respectful of others, tidy, and self aware. It also helps to have a good sense of humour of course. I must insist that you have a good command of the English language so that you are able to communicate well with the other house buddies whom will be friendly laid back working professionals.
