IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The flat is selling, we are ideally looking for someone looking for a short-term stay (1-3 months).
We will get 2 months' notice once the exchange takes place by the end of this year. This means the move-out date for all tenants is looking to be by the end of February with the possibility of carrying over to March because of legal paperwork.

Hi we are looking for a young professional to join our beautiful apartment with views to the river Thames. We are located in Woolwich Arsenal which is 13 minutes walk from the Elizabeth Line, DLR and train station and 5 min by bus.

There is a Tesco Express and M&S just at the station, and Tesco Extra, Lidl etc. close as well. There are also pubs and small restaurants and cute little cafes to have brunch on a Sunday. The area is really safe, we live at the Royal Arsenal riverside where young professionals and families live.

We have a beautiful, good sized room coming available from the 20th of November. The room is fully furnished with a comfy double bed. Desk and chair, chest of drawers and a large fully fitted mirrored wardrobe with loads of storage!

The flat is very comfortable with fully furnished kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.). You will share the main bathroom, which has a shower/bath & toilet, with one of the flatmates.

We are the only flat in the building that has a large private rooftop terrace which is perfect for relaxing in summer. There is also a concierge, parking space and free on street parking also.

We would like to find a young professional who is clean and respectful.
We are young professionals, 2 females and 1 male (person leaving) who work in central London.

We like going out with friends and also to have chilled friendly evenings in and are looking for someone with similar lifestyle (not suitable for people looking to have constant parties at home or smokers).
