This is a lovely large double room for single occupancy only. The property is a family house. Everyone is friendly.

The property is 5 minutes' walk from Kidbrooke Station with trains going to London Victoria, London Bridge and Dartford. There are also buses towards Eltham, Lewisham and the O2 Arena. Alongside Greenwich and Goldsmith university. Blackheath, and Greenwich Park are also walking distance. Queens Mary Hospital 15 mins away.

We are a very busy household so there are various comings and goings throughout the day. There is no restriction of movement regardless the hour we just ask that you are mindful of the others in the house.

Washing machine and dryer facilities are available for use but purchase of own washing products is required. There is a fridge assigned to tenants and an allocated cupboard in the kitchen can be assigned.

The back and front garden are available for use.
