Modern large double room in Newbuild Townhouse

I will be moving out of my current property. I live with 2 amazing flatmates who are cousins in a 3 storey, 3-bedroom with en-suites townhouse in Kidbrooke Village.

Kidbrooke station is less than 5minute walk with direct links to the City - London bridge in under 20minutes, Lewisham, Blackheath around the corner

The ground floor is all mine consisting of a large double bedroom with a custom-made king-size bed as well as a desk. A separate modern and spacious shower room which also hosts the washing machine and comes with extra storage space.

The under-stairs cupboard is being used as a wardrobe with shelving. The ground floor also has it's own private underground parking spot.

The Middle floor is an open plan kitchen/living space with the back garden while the top floor hosts 2bedrooms and en-suites where my current flatmates live.
