WE ARE:
Young professionals working in central London with fairly busy lives. We have a fun and friendly home vibe that we are keen to maintain, so the ideal addition to our house would have their own interests, but would be up for evening chats, the occasional dinner (and a drink!) when schedules allow.
Occasionally we will have a dog (labradors or a lurcher) 🐕 staying with us for a few nights - rarely simultaneously, but all three are lovely, sweet and affectionate!
LOCATION:
- 3 min walk - Loughborough Junction (Thameslink; 8 min to Blackfriars, 15 min to Kings Cross)
- 12 min walk - Brixton👨🎤
- 10 min walk - Denmark Hill
- 10 min walk - central Camberwell
- Surrounded by parks & green areas, perfect for sun-lazing (weather dependant ☀️) or sporting activities (many tennis courts etc.)
- Lots of close supermarkets - Coop, Nisa & Tesco are closest (<2 min walk)
- A 10 minute walk to Brixton Village & POP, which have loads of bars and restaurants.
- Bills are £113 pcm, and cover a regular cleaner, fast internet and all the standards (gas, electric, council tax etc). All of which are in my name and I deal with so no hassle for you. Bills are stable at this level, and will not vary across the year (if 🤞 they go down, I would look to reflect this in the cost).
