I am helping to find someone for this beautiful house.

A bright room with double bed, big wardrobe with mirror and 4 drawers, extra drawer, big windows with thick curtains is available!
The house will be shared with only 2 people. Bills are included. Deposit £600.

The ground floor: separate kitchen, big living room with sofas and dining area , and private terrace.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom (one next to each other)

The private terrace has plenty of space for bikes or plants. There is also outside storage with lock for the household use.

It is a very clean house with all the amenities provided and shared. The environment is quite homey, shared with only 2 female (very independent women). They spend most of the time working so they’re barely seen in the house but also like to have meals with family or friends from time to time.

Right in the centre between camberwell, Brixton or Oval (SE5). 10min walk to Kings college Hospital.
159 bus 5min walking that brings you directly to the centre.

10min walking from Camberwell, lilford Road. Many connection of buses to the city centre and Peckham.
Buses that bring you straight away to elephant and castle or Brixton: 35/45/345 or have connection for 12/176 to go straight away to the centre.
