Roll up people!

I'm looking to build up a household spread over 4 floors of chilled people that can ideally have a good time together but also head off into the world and have your own vibe.

The 3 available rooms are on the upper three levels and have a kitchen/diner/lounge as well as two bathrooms that will be shared amongst you 4. The 4th room will likely be available from august.
I live in the lower level in a semi self contained space with my own kitchen/diner/bathroom and garden.
I'm hoping to make it so that it is fairly fluid between the two and that we can chill together as a whole house.

The house will be properly cleaned when my friends move out so will look much better than the current pictures! Also, the chest freezer is no longer in the lounge lol.

For Clarity the bills are £110 on top of the rooms that has normally also included the gas and electric but due to the craziness happening atm it will have to be under review and G+E might be something that is separated. The house is I council tax band E.

The rooms are available straight away. Have been a bit lax as crazy busy and been away building stuff in Italy and Glast and not got round to it so if you need somewhere immediately then hit me up.

About me:
I'm pretty chill and have lots of things going on and looking for other people that have got their shit together/many interests in different things. I'm quite into creative stuff and music so naturally tend towards those kind of people. That said there is no judgement from my part and i'm pretty open to anyone that can chat and have a laugh.
