A modest double is available in a ground floor flat with top floor views! Separate spacious kitchen, with mini breakfast bar and light living room.
Previous housemate moved in with partner just before lock down so now looking for someone from end of June. I have lived in many house shares over the years, always in a friendly open environment so I'm looking for someone to share the space as their own. I love to have people over for drinks or dinner or have friends to stay and would love a housemate to do the same. I'm looking for someone who might like to pop down the pub on a Friday night, cook or watch a film together but equally the flat is big enough for each to have their own space and privacy too.

The room is furnished, more furniture can be provided or removed if desired! Blythe Hill Park 5 mins away and great pubs up the road in Forest Hill. I'm keen to get to know the area more!
