Flat is big with large living room and kitchen. Located in ladywell fields so lots of fresh air while still being super well connected. It’s a 6 min walk from both catford and catford bridge with trains to London bridge (10 mins), Waterloo, peckham, cannon street, camberwell, blackfriars etc. Also walking distance to crofton park and honor oak park so there’s good connection to overground services as well! I tend to cycle everywhere and find it’s always a nice route back.
I'm 27 and work in production for fashion shoots and adverts so I’m pretty busy and not always around, but when I am it would be good to have someone sociable in the flat. Would also consider couples.
As an added incentive, I rent one of the garages on the block so there’s also a wealth of storage!!!
