Beckenham Hill or Bellingham stations are within a 5 minutes walk away and provide easy access to Central London (Blackfriars or City Station) in 20 minutes.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom downstairs, as well as a large front patio (for parking if needed).

The room is fully furnished with a double bed & mattress (and storage), wardrobe, shelving units. Wooden flooring makes it easy to keep clean. Happy to accommodate other furnishing needs.

The house is currently occupied by a single professional female and a professional couple.

We are looking for a friendly, quiet and respectful individual to share with. Ideally someone who has a busy work schedule, is considerate and responsible.

One months deposit and rent upfront required.
