The house has central heating, washing machine, microwave, broadband, front and back gardens. The whole house has been refurbished/redecorated to a very high standard in recent years and the bathroom is newly installed.

The bedroom has built in wardrobe with shelf and hanging rail and another small wardrobe with lots of hanging space. The room is bright and sunny, overlooking the back garden.

I'm looking for a reliable lodger with a stable income - I've worked hard renovating the house so am looking for someone who will take good care of the place in terms of keeping the house secure and clean. I work from home and the nature of my work means that this is not a suitable place for people who'd want to bring friends to the house or have overnight guests.

I don't have my own pets but look after a friend's dog several times a week, he's very quiet and friendly and would love someone else to throw a ball for him!.

Walking to Catford and Catford Bridge stations is quick and easy (5-10 mins), there are two bus stops at the end of the road and it's also not far from Forest Hill/Honor Oak Park either. Sainsburys & Aldi are a 10 mins walk away at Bell Green, Tescos is around the corner from Catford/Catford Bridge stations. There's also a Tesco Express just down the road and lots of convenience stores/takeaways etc. Catford has decent high street shops, local pubs/bars and new amenities opening recently include a cinema and yoga studio. The area is safe and friendly with some good parks nearby (Ladywell Fields, Blythe Hill, Beckenham Place Park) . On a bike you can get to Lewisham, Deptford & Greenwich quickly along the Waterlink Way.
