Double room in beautiful house

We are looking to rent a double room in our home to someone friendly and respectful. We are a couple (live in landlords) and both have professional jobs. We are both sociable and are looking for someone easy to get along with and independent.

We are looking for a Monday to Friday only. Rent is flexible depending on the exact arrangements (ie number of nights per week etc.)

There are four bedrooms in the house. We have the room in the loft (with its own separate bathroom) and the room for rent is on the first floor, with a large bathroom. The other two bedrooms in the house are also on the first floor- they are currently unoccupied and we do not intend to rent them out.

The available room is large, modern and furnished to a high standard.

You would have full use of the shared areas in the house (lounge, kitchen, utility room, downstairs toilet etc) and exclusive use of a newly fitted bathroom with a shower/ bath. There is a lovely garden. Bills (council tax, gas, electricity, broadband) are included.

The house is a 10/15 minute walk from a Hither Green, Catford and Lee stations, and from there it's about a 10/ 15minute train journey to central London. Trains run frequently. There is also a bus to Lewisham and from there you can catch the DLR. Mountsfield Park and Manor Park are both nearby.

Whilst we're happy to have someone with us long term, we'd prefer to initially rent on a month by month basis (or short term basis) to make sure the arrangement is working well, but are flexible on that for the right person.
