A lovely, large double room available from February in a spacious, terraced house with ample storage, central heating, modern floorboards and a garden.

The house is split over 3 floors, a large living room with flatscreen TV, a garage which is used for storage space.
There are 3 bedrooms, one bathroom and a separate toilet. All the bedrooms are on the upper floor there is also an extra basement room for more storage and guests to stay.

The room is furnished but if you have extra furniture you are welcome to bring it with you.

The monthly rent is £600 excluding bills.

Charlton station (Zone 3) only 5 min walk from the property and a direct train takes you to Greenwich (7 min, DLR to Bank and Tower Gateway), London Bridge (15 min), Cannon Street, Waterloo, Charring Cross (20-25 min).
Direct train to Luton Airport (London Blackfriars, Farringdon, London St. Pancras International).
North Greenwich station (Zone 2, Jubilee line, 24 Hrs on Friday, Saturday) is 10 min away by bus where you can find the O2 Arena, Icon Shopping Centre, VUE cinema and huge variety of restaurants.
Direct night bus N1 and 53 from Central London.

Greenwich Peninsular Shopping Centre is 5 min away with huge variety of shops and 24Hr Gym.
10 min walk to Greenwich Odeon Imax.
3 large parks near by including the popular Greenwich park 5 min by bus or 15 min by walk.

The house also home for a cat called Jessie.

I live in the property for over 7 years, working in social media and live events. Im looking for clean, professional flatmate who is after a quite, calm house to call home.
