Quiet sunny double room available for week days only for a responsible and friendly professional (preferred). Must like cats :) (there is only one cat!)

The house is less than a minute's walk to Charlton train station - but noise is not an issue! - with good transport links into zone 1. Only 17 mins to London Bridge; 18 minutes to Blackfriars; 24 mins to Cannon Street and just a couple of stops from beautiful Greenwich. There is a local Sainsbury less than a minute's walk away. There is a huge M & S, Sainsbury's, Costa Coffee, Starbucks and retail park within a seven minute walk. Charlton Park and Village are not far. The O2 is close and Canary Wharf is easily commutable.

The room available is a sunny, quiet double room, south facing, overlooking the rear garden, with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and small laptop desk and chair in a quiet and professional house share with a couple.

The house has central heating; newly fitted double glazing throughout; WiFi; a south facing garden; 1 large bathroom with shower, bath and toilet; a second toilet; washing machine.

I've ticked that there's parking but it is not directly on the property road - there are a few roads within a five minute walk that offer free parking however this is not guaranteed if the Council put in any changes to that.

One month's rent is required in advance along with a deposit. Rent to be paid monthly in advance my standing order.
