We are looking to fill a space in this beautiful, newly refurbished modern apartment in the heart of London : Victoria. and St. James Parl The house is a steal deal for this location- just step out of the house for lovely views of the London eye, see some cherry blossoms blooming and watch gorgeous white swans swimming in one of the most famous: St. James park !!

The room - Big, spacious, newly refurbished en-suite room moments away from St. james Park (4 minutes - we are waiting for summer 🙂 ) and Victoria. The room benefits from a lot storage space and a reading desk. The bathroom is very spacious and modular and has a bath tub for your Sunday relaxation needs!

The flat - The room is a part of a three bedroom split level house. The two other rooms are on the second floor which gives complete privacy to the en-suite room on the first floor. The house has a spacious lounge/ drawing room with a large Tv and an open plan fully equipped kitchen.

The area - The property is in the bustling strutton ground which has a fresh food market with a variety of cuisines everyday. While you can literally walk to almost every hot spot in London from this location - it is a 4 mins walk to St James Park tube station, about 8 minutes to Westminster tube station and about 9 mins to Victoria tube station which is a major hub for all trains and coaches in and out of London. The nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away. There are a number of lovely cafes, coffee shops nearby for those who love some chill time or a relaxed weekend.

The housemates - The other two flatmates are girls - we are full time working professionals. We are mostly working long hours in the week but would love to spend some chill time on the weekends just exploring the area (there is so much to do here!)

Others - We are pretty particular about cleanliness (as is everyone we suppose) and get a cleaner every two weeks. The bills (electricity, council tax), cleaning supplies and cleaner fees are split equally amongst all three flatmates.
