The room is furnished with a double bed, new memory foam and pocket spring mattress and a chest of draws.
About me, I'm the second flatmate, I work for a couple of small businesses and am in and out of the flat, increasingly out. I have a very good relationship with the landlord, who is reasonable and will not be ending the tenancy any time soon.
