Room in Chelsea Flatshare SW10

Hi there!
Available are: two single rooms (each let separately @ £550/month) in a 3 bedroom flatshare in Chelsea from 10th August.

I am a current tenant, looking for working professionals or responsible students to join in this flat-share when my current housemates both move out this summer.

Each room is let separately, so I'm searching for two new tenants (don't have to come as a pair and in fact I probably have a preference for individual responses).

The rooms are single rooms (4mX2m and 3mX3m respectively). Each are furnished with a small double bed (i. e. 1.5 size), wardrobe, chest of draws, chair and have wooden floors. You can view both rooms to decide if you have a preference.

The property is a 3 bedroom flat in Chelsea/Brompton area, close to Fulham Road. (Private landlord in a council owned building.) It's situated in a great location for anyone working or studying in West, SW or Central London, with nearby tube stops on District, Piccadilly and Overground lines.

The flat also has a large shared living room (4m x 4m) and good sized kitchen (3m x 3m) with all the usual appliances. We have wireless broadband. The rent per room is £550 per month, with £500 security deposit. Bills included are: water & council tax. Separate bills are: electricity, gas & broadband. These total an average of approximately £50 per person per month on top of the rent.

A bit more about me: I’m a post-doctoral researcher at Imperial College London. Interests include a great many things from: going to gigs / live music, playing sports (football, tennis, running, climbing etc), going hiking in the countryside or exploring the cultural/historical side of London and of course further afield when the time allows!

I work full-time (mon-fri, 9-5 ish) and like to return to a relaxing home, so I’m looking for responsible and considerate housemates who are prepared to do their bit to keep the place clean & tidy. As a side note: occassionally inviting friends or partners over is fine, but no parties or live-in partners (it's a good space for 3 people but would quickly become crowded). I’m fairly sociable and up for maybe cooking together now and then or watching some tv in the evenings but also of course respect the need for personal downtime.
