Studio flat short walk to hammersmith

Hi all,
I am leaving my studio just due work relocation
I am totally in love with this this place that I have been calling home for the last 2 years
this is rented through an estate agent ( agency fee are now removed by law so this will not be required , however deposit and reference are but they are foc ) the reason I am posting this is because by contract I have 2 months notice but I really need to leave the property at the beginning of July and I am trying to minimize the overlapping with two rents

I am currently renting as single at 1050 at month , and this include water and gas ( heating + cooking hub)
to be paid separately there is council tax ( roughly 88 at month ) , and electricity , 15gbp a month

the bed and the sofa will stay there rest is actually mine , but i am happy to sell if interested
the landlord is flexible furnishing it if needed

the flat has separate kitchen - bathroom
the property is in a very nice residential and quiet area - 15 minutes walks to Hammersmith station
you can actually see the property advertised through the agency
