We have a spacious double room with an ensuite available in a residential area of Mortlake. The house is a 5-10 minute walk to the nearest train station (Mortlake) with easy access to Richmond, Vauxhall and Waterloo station. We also have three bus routes (493, 33, 337) a minutes’ walk away with access to Wimbledon, Hammersmith and Clapham Junction. The house is also located at the end of East Sheen high street, just a 2 minute walk from the local shops, restaurants and plenty of takeaways! We have lots of lovely coffee shops and Richmond Park is only a ten minute walk away!
The kitchen has all modern conviences including a washing machine, dishwasher.
Bills are not included.
We are two women, (aged 24 and 35) looking for another female flatmate, preferably between the ages of 28-36!
We both enjoy the occasional glass of wine and evening of TV but equally we lead separate lives and like to keep ourselves very busy! We are looking for someone who is similar to us! This is a single occupancy only and is not available to couples.
