We have just installed a lovely brand new kitchen (see pics).
There is a great light spacious communal lounge with a couch, a desk and a working fireplace.

We are 2 professionals, Lauren (39 - nutritionist), & Paul (Music Journalist) looking for a lovely person to be a part of our fabulous home. There is stunning wooden flooring mostly, whilst the lounge and rooms are carpeted. The kitchen has all mod cons (dishwasher, gas stove, big fridge, hidden washing machine and dryer as well as a kitchen eating table) but the best part of the kitchen is the glass windows looking onto the patio garden. Great private outdoor area with a big tree to gaze upon from the kitchen. The kitchen has just been upgraded and modernised so is brand new with a round white breakfast table and chairs.

We would like someone who will respect and love our harmonious home as much as we do. Our most important requirements from our new house mate would be that you have a good energy, are trustworthy and also clean and tidy. You will receive the same from us. The double room is £750 deposit. One full months notice required and long lets preferred..

The other room is a small single with a shelf, mirror and lots of lovely sunlight. £575pm including bills. £575 deposit.

The area is gorgeous and is served by both Mortlake and Barnes Bridge overland trains both 8 minutes walk in equidistant opposite directions. Both these stations go to Waterloo in about 20-25 minutes. The 209 and 419 busses goes directly from outside our door all the way to Hammersmith tube station in under 15 minutes. The N22 bus (night bus) will bring you all the way from Piccadilly, Green Park, Hyde Park, Chelsea, Putney etc nearly to our doorstep. Richmond is 10-15 mins away from us and we also have the beautiful Richmond Park 20 mins walk from here, not to mention the River Thames at the bottom of our road and 'Jubilee Park'.

Nearest shops for food are Sainsbury's (5 min walk) and Waitrose (15 min walk)... or you could use the big tesco in Hammersmith and bring shopping on the bus.
