We are sadly saying goodbye to our lovely housemate so are looking for another girl to join us! The house is in a great location within a 10 minute bus ride from Tooting Broadway station and a 15 minute walk to Streatham Common station. We are 3 young professionals working in London, and are looking for a friendly, chill girl who enjoys socialising. In the summer we have enjoyed BBQ's in our large patio garden, we also enjoy having meals together and are partial to a glass of wine.

The house comes with all amenities, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. It's a really chill house and we tend to share all the kitchen equipment i. e plates, pans ect. as well as equally sharing cleaning and house purchases. We have a large open plan kitchen dining room, separate lounge and conservatory. The bathroom is large with a separate shower and bath, we also have a second toilet.

The room is a very large double, with high ceilings and big open windows meaning it is lovely, light and airy. It is optional for the room to be unfurnished or partly furnished with a large wardrobe, trunk, built in storage and chest of draws.

It's available on the 8th July or earlier if required.
